We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original parts, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original parts
- Items not in their original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
