SHIPPING POLICY — NIGHTWEB

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are 4-12 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6-14 business days.

Shipping Delays
NightWeb is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or any circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at nightweb.st@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages
NightWeb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at nightweb.st@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NightWeb has no control over customs processing times, which may add additional delays to your delivery.

Wrong Address
NightWeb is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at nightweb.st@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
